Gotham fans have been treated to a sneak peek of new footage from the season 3 premiere episode.
It was revealed at Comic-Con as part of a highlight reel that also showcased the rise of the villains throughout season 2 of the Batman prequel drama.
The upcoming series will also see the introduction of new bad guys, including The Court of Owls, Mad Hatter (The Walking Dead's Benedict Samuel), Solomon Grundy and more.
Poison Ivy is also getting a makeover in season 3, with the character now being played by Maggie Geha and Batman's sultry nemesis appearing in grown-up form.
Geha is taking over from Clare Foley, who played a younger version of Poison Ivy in the first two seasons of the show.
The streets of Gotham will be haunted by DC's villains for another season starting on September 19 on Fox.
