Fallon followed it up by syncing to ZAYN's 'Pillowtalk' (pillow included) while rolling around the floor.
However, McCarthy typically saved the best until last when she put on a pair of what appeared to be lab goggles.
"I've got terrible cataracts," she quipped, before doing 'Colours of the Wind' from Pocahontas.
As she synced, a host of confetti, leaves and stuffed animals were thrown at her from a wind machine, giving us the best moment of the entire battle.
