The CW confirmed at the TCA press tour today (August 11) that Matt Ryan will reprise his title role from the NBC series Constantine in an Arrow season four episode titled 'Haunted'.
'Haunted' will see John Constantine come to The Arrow's aid when his arrows won't suffice in stopping a dangerous enemy.
Producer Marc Guggenheim teased: "We are thrilled to have Matt Ryan reprise the role of John Constantine on an upcoming episode of Arrow. Matt is an incredibly talented actor and his portrayal of this beloved character was always something we admired.
"The introduction of magic and mysticism on the show this season has provided a truly organic opportunity for us to bring John Constantine to Arrow and the CW's DC universe. It will be a well-deserved tip of the hat to all the Constantine fans who were so incredibly supportive of that series."

Fans will remember that Arrow's Stephen Amell had been campaigning for a crossover prior to NBC canceling Constantine, and the death of the NBC series did not stop Arrow's production team from pushing for a guest appearance from Matt Ryan.
Arrow has had plenty of casting news this week, with Rutina Wesley joining in a mysterious role and Elysia Rotaru being cast as a new love interest for Oliver.
It was announced earlier in the summer that Oliver will face off with villains Double Down (JR Bourne), Anarky (Alexander Calvert) and Damien Darhk (Neal McDonough), while Shadowspire agents Reiter (Jimmy Akingbola) and Conklin (Ryan Robbins) will be seen in flashbacks.
