"I think it's a really good movie - from what I've seen it looks great," Dillon - who plays Johnny 'Drama' Chase - told The Wrap.

Entourage - which follows the exploits of movie star Vincent Chase (Adrian Grenier) and his friends in LA - originally wrapped in 2011, with Dillon admitting that he is unsure "what held [the film] up".

"I thought we should have had the first movie out already," he said. "We should have been on number two by now.

"A lot of people said, 'Oh, it's good to keep [the fans] waiting a little bit'. I thought we kept them waiting a little too long."
