By The Superstar confirmed news of the surgery on Raw earlier this week and WWE.com later revealed that the procedure went well.

"After being diagnosed with the nerve issue in his neck by WWE physician Dr Chris Amann, Bryan underwent a procedure known as a cervical foraminotomy to decompress the nerve root," a statement read.
"The surgery was performed by world-renowned neurosurgeon and sports medicine expert Dr Joseph Maroon.
"WWE.com was not able to get an official timetable for Daniel Bryan's return, but can confirm that the WWE World Heavyweight Champion is out of surgery and doing well, with strength already returning to his hands."

Within an hour of revealing his injury on Monday, Bryan was attacked by Demon Kane and had to be taken away on a stretcher.
Bryan won the unified WWE World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania XXX in April, beating Triple H in a qualifier before winning a Triple Threat main event match against Randy Orton and Batista.
He married fellow wrestler Brie Bella in the following days, but mourned the death of his father later that month.
The WWE is currently in the UK for a full tour, including a Raw show at London's O2 on May 19 and SmackDown recording at the same venue the following night.
WWE COO Triple H has refused to rule out the possibility that Bryan will be stripped of his titles, but said that the issue will be addressed in London on Monday.
"Probably Monday night we'll have some sort of definitive decision on the matter once we know all the facts," he told Michael Cole in interview.
"To me it's symptomatic of what we've been talking about for a long time now, probably a year, maybe more.
"It's one thing to be an A+ player on one night. It's one thing to be an A+ player here and there. It's one thing to rise to the occasion on a special event.
"It's another thing to be A+ day in and day out, and to be able to withstand the wear and tear of being not only a WWE Superstar but being the WWE World Heavyweight Champion.
"Daniel Bryan has had that championship for how long now? Little over a month. Already it's taking its toll. Already going under the knife.
"Is this the kind of rigours that a little B+ player like Daniel Bryan can withstand for any long period of time?"
It is not yet clear if Bryan will attend any of the UK shows, or the Payback pay-per-view at the Allstate Arena in Rosemont, Illinois on June 1.
