Hulu series Nine Perfect Strangers has added two familiar faces to its season two cast.

The drama, which stars Nicole Kidman, was originally billed as a limited series but was given a second season back in June.

Kidman will be back as wellness resort leader Masha Dmitrichenko but this time the retreat will move from California to the Swiss Alps, welcoming a new set of nine strangers.

Meanwhile, last month Kidman revealed that a third season of Big Little Lies is in the works.

Speaking at a Q&A event at the CME Group Tour Championship, Kidman described what doing the series meant to her before revealing that there's more to come.

"I loved Big Little Lies because it sort of came along at a time in my life when I had my children and I was thinking I was going to retire and then this situation came along, where Reese Witherspoon and I were able to produce that show," Kidman said.

"Then all of you watched it and made it a massive success. We will be bringing you a third one, just FYI."

Nine Perfect Strangers is streaming on Prime Video in the UK and Hulu in the US.
