The WGA strike recently ended, but many TV shows and movies will continue to see delays until SAG-AFTRA and industry CEOs agree on a deal.
Talks have resumed, with SAG-AFTRA posting an update to its Instagram page yesterday (November 1). The post read: "The Negotiating Committee met today to discuss and finalise our response to the AMPTP AI counter-proposal which we received yesterday. The negotiators then met with AMPTP representatives for more than three hours this afternoon and evening to present and review our revised proposal.
"We continue to await the AMPTP's response to our comprehensive counter proposal package which we gave them on Saturday, addressing outstanding issues. Please know that your presence on the picket lines and support on social media remain a source of inspiration".
The White Lotus was renewed for a third season only a few weeks into season two's successful run in Sicily, which notably ended with the shocking death of Jennifer Coolidge's character Tanya. Natasha Rothwell is confirmed to be returning for season three as spa worker Belinda, who connected to a grieving Tanya in season one.
The White Lotus can be streamed on NOW and Sky Go in the UK, and on Max in the US.
