Ahsoka spoilers follow.

The newest look at Ahsoka is filled with Easter eggs for Star Wars Rebels fans.

Disney+ made the huge announcement on Tuesday (July 11) that Ahsoka, which was previously confirmed to debut on August 23, will get a two-episode launch like many Marvel shows have in the past.

Along with the premiere news, the streamer unveiled an extended trailer for Ahsoka, featuring the first look at Sherlock star Lars Mikkelsen reprising his iconic Star Wars Rebels villain Grand Admiral Thrawn in live action.

While Thrawn is only briefly glimpsed (and yes, he definitely has blue skin like in spin-off media), his presence as a threat to the galaxy hangs over the trailer as the camera follows him from behind.

The clip fills in some gaps from Star Wars Rebels, which left Ahsoka and her Mandalorian apprentice Sabine Wren (The Society's Natasha Liu Bordizzo) estranged.

Ahsoka's growing concern that the galaxy is under threat from the ashes of the Empire leads her back to Sabine, though the graffiti artist takes some convincing to work together again.

The footage also includes multiple homages to Star Wars Rebels character Kanan Jarrus, from graffiti of him on a wall to a scene where Sabine races on a speeder in a similar pose as he did in the animated series.

One of the clip's most chilling scenes features the late Ray Stevenson as Baylan Skoll, a former Jedi who survived the purge known as Order 66 and now hunts his former brethren.

"War is inevitable," he warns. "One must destroy in order to create."

And while Hayden Christensen isn't shown in this new footage, he will reprise his role as Ahsoka's former mentor Anakin Skywalker, aka Darth Vader.

The nods to the Star Wars animated universe will continue in the series when David Tennant returns to voice Huyang, the droid used by the Jedi in battle during Star Wars: The Clone Wars.

The series will also feature the live-action debuts of animated characters Hera Syndulla and Ezra Bridger, played by Birds of Prey's Mary Elizabeth Winstead and King Richard's Eman Esfandi, respectively.

Ahsoka premieres on August 23 with two episodes on Disney+. The Mandalorian season 3 is streaming on the same platform, with new episodes on Wednesdays. Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker and the entire Skywalker Saga are available on DVD, Blu-ray and 4K now, as well as on Disney+.
