Sacha Baron Cohen has been linked to MCU series Ironheart, with rumours he could play Marvel's arch villain Mephisto.
According to Deadline, the Borat star was recently spotted near Pinewood Studios where Dominique Thorne's six-part adventure is being filmed.
However, his involvement remains unconfirmed, as reps for Marvel and for Baron Cohen aren't commenting on the rumours at this stage.

Mephisto's presence was teased throughout last year's WandaVision, although the devilish villain still hasn't yet been seen on screen.
Back in November 2021, actress Kathryn Hahn was asked about the possibility of Mephisto turning up in her MCU solo series Agatha: Coven of Chaos.
"I keep hearing that. I have no idea," she admitted at that time. "That was like a big thing during WandaVision, but I have no– who knows.

"I mean, I think right now, like anything, like Marvel, I mean who knows? [It's] probably possible, but like, I have never heard anything definitive about that at all.
"I didn't even know the title of [WandaVision] until it was released to the public, like they keep it so tight."
Created by Chinaka Hodge (The Midnight Club), Ironheart follows Thorne's youngster Riri Williams, a genius inventor responsible for the most advanced suit of armour since Iron Man.
Anthony Ramos (In the Heights), Manny Montana (Westworld), Shakira Barrera (GLOW), Alden Ehrenreich (Solo: A Star Wars Story), Regan Aliyah (XO, Kitty), Shea Couleé (RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars) and Zoe Terakes (Nine Perfect Strangers) fill out the rest of its cast.
Next up for Marvel Studios is the release of Black Panther: Wakanda Forever in November, which introduces a new incarnation of the hero. Thorne will also make her first MCU appearance in that movie.
