Stranger Things became an instant smash hit when it debuted on Netflix in 2016, and we just can't get enough of it.
Its return for season four in May 2022 (after three long years away from our screens) garnered the show a massive 1.4 billion hours viewed in its first 28 days, making it the most-watched English-language TV season in Netflix history.
The fourth instalment was certainly worth the wait. It introduced us to some new characters (some were more welcome than others), propelled Kate Bush back to the top of the charts, and set the stage for the gang to have one final Upside Down showdown in Stranger Things season five.
We have a while to wait for the final chapter to arrive on Netflix, so if you need some Stranger Things in your life right now, are planning a fancy dress party or want to start your Halloween costume, we've got you covered.
Want to channel your inner Eddie Munson, Eleven, or even the series' newest big bad Vecna? Look no further. Here are some of the best Stranger Things-inspired costumes for you to wear this spooky season. Or whenever you like, no judgment here.
Kicking it off with season four's premiere episode, you can dress up as the tragically fated Chrissy, Vecna's first victim. That TikTok craze means others will probably scream "Chrissyyy wake uuupp!!" at you, but we'd say it's worth it.
What to Read Next
We're pretty sure children shouldn't be watching Stranger Things, but if you wish to kit out the entire family, there are children-sized versions of the costume, too.
Looking for a couple's costume? You can go as Hellfire leader Eddie Munson and re-traumatise fellow fans all over again.
You can also get the guitar pick he used for his epic guitar solo to Metallica's 'Master of Puppets', just to rub some more salt into that wound.
If you're going out as a trio, why not round out the nightmare-fuelled ordeal as Vecna? But no summoning grandfather clocks, for the sake of us all.
You can channel your Max Mayfield in her iconic blue hoodie. It's mandatory to blare Kate Bush's 'Running Up That Hill' through your headphones while wearing it, though. We don't make the rules.
Why not take it back to Eleven's season three 'Material Girl' moment?
Or if you're feeling nostalgic, you can try the pink dress she wore all the way back in season one.
This outfit can double up as either Steve or Robin from their time working in Scoops Ahoy.
If costumes aren't really your thing, then you could wear Dustin's cap and call it a day.
And another.
The same goes for Lucas' Hawkins High basketball jacket.
If you wanted to get super meta about things, you could even dress up as the Hawkins kids dressed up as Ghostbusters for Halloween in season two.
Cosy Demogorgan onesie? Sold.
We know, not a costume. But to make up for her criminal lack of screen time in season four, grab yourself an Erica Sinclair Funko! Pop to watch over you from your shelves. We would trust her with our lives.
