Cobra Kai dropped its fifth season last week and while a sixth season hasn't been officially confirmed yet, the narrative definitely leaves room open for more.
Speaking exclusively to Digital Spy, Demetri actor Gianni Decenzo has talked about the things that he'd like to see if and when a sixth run is greenlit.
"I'm excited to see what they're going to do in season 6," he said. "If there is one. I don't know, I can't confirm anything! But all I'm saying is the Seikai Taikai will be interesting if we see that later. I don't know!

He added: "I think the creators do such a great job, and I think the fans love it so much that I see no reason why we wouldn't do another season. I mean, we definitely wouldn't leave people on a cliffhanger."

Decenzo also said there was plenty of "good story" left to explore in future series, especially between the separate groups, Eagle Fang and Miyagi-Do.
"I know that the creators they want a great resolution like any good story," he continued, "They don't want to leave the fans hanging. So I think we can definitely see some more Cobra Kai in the future.
"I mean, there's a lot still to solve – you got Miyagi-Do, Eagle Fang... They're kind of working together but there's still two separate groups and then of course prison seem to not be adequate enough to keep Kreese away!"
"I think it's really interesting with this show because it's called Cobra Kai and for so long we've been against Cobra Kai, you know? Like the enemy is literally the title character of the entire show! So I kind of want to see Johnny be back in charge of Cobra Kai."

"I don't think he did a bad job with it. I think he was a great teacher, and I think even though he is against Cobra Kai right now, he's more so against the teachers and not really Cobra Kai itself. So I want to see him kind of get his baby back."
Decenzo also reflected on his characters own future in the series and explained: "For Demetri, I just want to see him continue to develop as a more confident person.
"I'm really happy with his fighting skills. You know, he's got the girl of his dreams. His life is going awesome. I just want to see him continue to flourish."
