Cobra Kai spoilers follow.
Cobra Kai returned for its fifth season yesterday (September 9) and, for better or worse, one of the standout scenes has to be the disgusting moment where Kenny and the Cobra Kai kids drag Anthony into a public bathroom and shove his head down a dirty toilet.
Speaking exclusively to Digital Spy, Kenny actor Dallas Dupree Young broke down (and then hopefully flushed!) the scene, saying: "It's so funny about it, because the filming of it was very exciting and it was so much fun to work with some of the Cobra Kais and then also Griffin Santopietro [who plays Anthony].

"We had so much fun working on set and we had so many jokes and laughter just involving the whole toilet scene, because it is very brutal. But when you see it on camera, you see how disgusting it is and how bad Kenny was to do this to him. That's where you know he takes he takes it way too far.
"I always say this, you're gonna love Kenny, you're gonna maybe be on his side in season five and then once that toilet scene happens, you might not be on Kenny's side for a little bit. When I read the script, I realised that he was gone at that point."

To be fair, the actor did tease ahead of the season dropping that Kenny would cross the line, while Demetri actor Gianni DeCenzo also said that we'd need a barf bag.
The fifth season also delivered the show's highest stakes fight yet, as Chozen and Silver literally fought to the death. Well, that's what it was set up to be at least. In disappointing fashion, one of the characters seemed to instantly recover from all the damage he took in the fight, undermining a lot of the dramatic weight.
Cobra Kai is available to stream now on Netflix.
