Squid Game star Lee Jung-jae has landed the lead role in the new Star Wars TV series, The Acolyte.
The star of the 2021 Netflix hit joins Dear Evan Hansen's Amandla Stenberg and Anne Boleyn's Jodie Turner-Smith in the new Disney+ show, according to Deadline.
The show will be the actor's first major role since Squid Game became one of Netflix's biggest ever shows last year, and with the new role being in one of the biggest movie and TV franchises, it looks like a great move for him.
