Arrow alum Rick Gonzalez is officially joining the NBC Law & Order spin-off Law & Order: Organized Crime.
Gonzalez, who played Rene Ramirez AKA Wild Dog in Arrow, is joining the upcoming third season of NBC's police drama. Gonzalez will play an NYPD detective assigned to the Organized Crime unit, according to Deadline.
Fellow newcomer Brent Antonello (Dynasty) also joins in a similar role.

The two new detectives will work alongside Christopher Meloni's Elliot Stabler, the character from Law & Order: SVU that Organized Crime revolves around.
The spin-off also stars Danielle Moné Truitt as Sergeant Ayanna Bell and Ainsley Seiger as Detective Jet Slootmaekers.
Fans have a lot to look forward to when the show returns for season 3, with a huge crossover with SVU and the original Law & Order said to be in the works.
At the time of its renewal back in May, Lisa Katz, president of scripted programming at NBCU Entertainment and Streaming, said: "The iconic Law & Order brand has long been synonymous with NBC and we couldn’t be more excited to bring back all three of these dramas for the 2022-23 season.

Two actors unlikely to return to their roles are Tamara Taylor and Dylan McDermott, following their characters' fates during the second season. In fact, McDermott already has a new show, having taken over the lead in FBI: Most Wanted from Julian McMahon.
Law & Order: Organized Crime airs on NBC in the US and Sky Witness in the UK, with select episodes available on NOW.
