Power Book IV: Force spoilers follow.

Anthony Fleming III has teased what lies ahead for his character in Power Book IV: Force.

In an exclusive chat with Digital Spy, the actor was fairly tight-lipped about the future of his character JP Gibbs and his relationship to protagonist Tommy Egan (Joseph Sikora), after a second season was officially confirmed.

"Oh, wow. I don’t know. I have the buzzer in my ear. If I say the wrong thing, the floor’s going to open underneath me, and I’m going to disappear. So I’ve got to be careful," he joked.

Despite not being able to divulge much about the new chapter, Fleming did share his views on the remaining episodes of the first season of Force.

What to Read Next

"Well, we saw where we are after episode six. With the remaining four episodes, it’s just going to keep escalating and building," he said. "The way that it’s written is so beautiful, the way Courtney Kemp and her team keep us wanting more each week, and keep us coming back each week for the unfolding of the story."

As for Tommy, he's now in Chicago where "he's setting up shop".

"You know, he’s a student of this game, and we see how he studies, and the recon he puts in. He’s really learned this city. We see how he has changed family dynamics, you know, with the Flynns and with the CBI," Fleming said.

"He’s just really coming into this city, and he’s putting his stamp on it. The back half of this season is going to be nothing but more explosive. Nothing but more explosions on a lot of different levels. So stay tuned."

Power Book IV: Force airs every Sunday on Starz in the US and Starzplay available through Amazon Prime Video in the UK, while Power Book II: Ghost seasons 1 and 2 and Power Book III: Raising Kanan are available to watch on the same streaming services.
