Luke Cage is one of the multiple Marvel series leaving Netflix very soon – and the show's big boss is now revealing what he hopes is next for the hit.
Creator, writer, executive producer and showrunner (he really did it all!) Cheo Hodari Coker told fans via Twitter earlier this week that he was rewatching the show on the streaming service, as he revealed what he'd like to see happen to the series going forward in a thread of tweets.
"Rewatching Luke Cage while I can on Netflix. They're going to do what they do. It's theirs. I just hope they don't sit on it for years to allow for an easier reboot, or re-air it with a different mix, or the N-Word muted. I'd love to do commentary tracks, or the original credits," he wrote.

He then shared some commentary as he rewatched quite a few episodes, before admitting of if a reboot ever does happen elsewhere: "Regardless of whether or not I'm asked back, I really hope they keep Mike [Colter] as Luke and Simone [Missick] as Misty, and everybody else as everybody else.
"It's kinda like Bond. There might be another Bond, but I got to write for Sean Connery, Lois Maxwell and Ursula Andress."
It was confirmed earlier this month that a slew of Marvel TV shows would be leaving Netflix in early March, with us here at Digital Spy learning that Netflix's licence for the Marvel shows had ended. That means the rights will revert back to Disney, leaving it open to the possibility of the series' potentially popping up on Disney+.
The big change-up also affected a number of other popular shows, including Daredevil and Jessica Jones.
We know several Marvel shows will debut on Disney+ in Canada next month, but it's not yet been confirmed when or where viewers in other countries will get to see them again.
Luke Cage will be available on Netflix until March 1.
