Tales of the Walking Dead, a new spin-off series set within the The Walking Dead's ever-expanding universe, has confirmed its initial cast.

The show, which is set to tell a separate story in each of its six hour-long episodes, kicked off production in Buford, Georgia in mid-January – a move that has presumably prompted the announcement.

Brooklyn Nine-Nine star Terry Crews and Lost in Space's Parker Posey have been tapped to star, along with Poppy Liu (Better Call Saul), Jillian Bell (Rough Night) and Anthony Edwards, who'll next be seen in Netflix crime drama Inventing Anna.
