Game of Thrones star Emilia Clarke has addressed her role in the MCU's Secret Invasion series.
Emilia, who played Daenerys Targaryen in the HBO drama, was previously rumoured to be joining the Disney+ show alongside Samuel L Jackson and Ben Mendelsohn as Nick Fury and Skrull Talos respectively.
The Marvel show has also reportedly lined up Olivia Colman and Peaky Blinders star Kingsley Ben-Adir – and speaking recently, Emilia confirmed she will appear in the series.

Appearing on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Emilia cemented her attachment to Secret Invasion, while also keeping quiet about the nature of her role for fear of revealing too much.
"I'm pretty sure we can say it's called Secret Invasion, but I'm already scared," Emilia said.
"The first people I spoke to from Marvel were their security team and I'm convinced there's a man outside my house — there's been a car parked there for a long time — and I swear to god, he's undercover."
The actress also discussed her Secret Invasion role briefly on the Happy Sad Confused podcast last month, confirming that she is "super into" the character she's playing.

She said: "I actually live in fear that something is going to happen, and I'm going to say something, and they'll get upset.
"But, I play a character that I'm super into everything about it."
Secret Invasion is expected to hit Disney+ next year.
