The Affair's Sanaa Lathan will get her claws out for season 2 of the DC Universe's Harley Quinn animated series, as she's joined the voice cast to play Catwoman.
"One of the best animated series of the year", Harley Quinn proved a monster hit with US audiences upon release in 2019, which saw The Big Bang Theory's Kaley Cuoco breathe violent life into the mallet-swinging vixen.
Lathan's involvement was announced on news programme DC Daily, adding yet another amazing credit to her name, following her popular vocal role as Donna Tubbs in Family Guy.

As for the second season itself, co-showrunner Justin Halpern previously teased (via ComicBook): "Well, we've already completed the second thirteen episodes that will air hopefully this year at some point or maybe next, so I can tell you some.
"Catwoman is going to be in it, Batgirl, and then yeah we toss some randos in there. We take a trip off-planet for an episode so you might see some faces you normally wouldn't.

Apparently, Trapp is a supervillain most commonly connected to Martian Manhunter, who uses a set of weaponised mechanical jaws to scare off his foes.
Real name Larry Trapp, he blames The House of Pain and The Justice Experience for the death of his beloved wife, and swore revenge on each group member.
As Halpern promised, this guy's very random.
Harley Quinn season 2 will reportedly premiere on DC Universe on April 3.
