What with The Simpsons remaining one of the world's fave family cartoons and the Marvel Cinematic Universe serving up the world's fave family films, it was only a matter of time before these two mega-franchises collided.
And it looks like we don't have long to wait, as Fox is planning an Avengers-themed Simpsons episode to air on February 23, 2020.
They're bringing out the big guns for this one, with none other than Marvel boss Kevin Feige and Endgame directors Joe and Anthony Russo set to cameo.
The news was revealed in a Q&A with TV Line's Michael Ausiello, who wrote: "Here's the gist: As a result of a massive misunderstanding, Bart gets to see a cut of the unreleased sequel of the extremely popular Vindicator superhero movie franchise.
"And he uses spoilers from the not-yet-released film as blackmail to get what he wants.
"When two movie execs (played by, wink, wink, Marvel auteurs Joseph and Anthony Russo) discover Bart has seen the movie, they will stop at nothing to keep his spoiler knowledge a secret.

Get it? Chinnos... aka Thanos?
Of course, this isn't the first time the sitcom has parodied the Marvel franchise. Back in January, the show took on the mighty titan and his Infinity War snap in a hilarious couch gag.
However, this time we're getting a full episode of animated MCU madness – Russo brothers, and all.
