The Late Late Show host James Corden has admitted that, despite its huge success, some stars actually still turn down the offer to appear on Carpool Karaoke. Seriously.
Beatles legend Sir Paul McCartney, former First Lady Michelle Obama, Captain Marvel's Brie Larson and Foo Fighters rocker Dave Grohl are just some of the big names to appear in the show, so you'd imagine that James could attract whoever he wanted for future episodes.
Well, that's really not the case.

Stepping into David Tennant's podcast booth, James explained the highs and lows of organising Carpool Karaoke.
"We don't get as many 'No's', but we do get quite a few of 'Not this time's', you know, so it's not as simple as you just pick up the phone and they go 'Yeah, when do you need me there?', it's just like 'Aw, not this time'," he said.
The former Doctor Who actor then asked the late night host if he ever gets disillusioned or frustrated by a celebrity's awkwardness in the car.

"The only time I ever get frustrated is when I don't think publicists or press teams, or things like that, perhaps understand the best way for this to travel," James noted. "Like that's the only time I ever feel any frustration."
