The Jump star Mark-Francis Vandelli has reportedly had surgery after his injury in the snow cross event on Sunday night.

Mark-Francis picked up a strain in the brutal race, and Brian McFadden shared a picture of the Made in Chelsea star in a hospital bed.

He's now deleted the snap, but not before fans spotted Mark-Francis apparently on a drip and asleep.

According to The Mirror, Brian captioned the snap: "Even post surgery @MarkVandelli looks like a Versace model!!!"

But it seems that Mark-Francis wasn't too badly hurt, as he posted an Instagram picture of his sightseeing in Innsbruck.

It seems to have cheered him up, as he wrote: "Sometimes all you need is a triumphal arch." Advice we can all live by.

Channel 4 has confirmed that it has asked producers to "review safety procedures" on the show following a spate of injuries among the celebrities taking part.

The Jump continues on Sunday (February 14) at 7.30pm on Channel 4.
