Desiree Hartsock has got engaged to Chris Siegfried on the season finale of The Bachelorette.
Siegfried popped the question to the 27-year-old bridal stylist in Antigua during the dramatic episode, which aired tonight (August 5).
Proposing to Hartsock, Siegfried said: "I want to be your first and I want to be your last. Will you marry me?"
A tearful Hartsock – who had struggled with her feelings after the departure of Brooks Forester – responded by giving Siegfried her final rose and accepting his hand in marriage.
"I love you, I love you so much," Hartsock told Siegfried. "I want to spend the rest of my life with you."
Siegfried had previously been given permission by Hartsock's father to ask for her hand in marriage during his meeting with her family.

He had also received the backing of a group of Hartsock's friends, who were gathered with Bachelorette host Chris Harrison and a live audience to watch the finale.
Hartsock stunned finalist Drew Kenney earlier in the episode, when she sent him home prior to the final rose ceremony.
"This hurts," Kenney told her after being rejected, adding: "It hurts a lot."
He ultimately comforted a teary Hartsock, assuring her: "You don't have to be sorry for not being in love with me."
Hartsock appeared much more upbeat following Siegfried's proposal in The Bachelorette's final moments, as they began planning their life together.
