Speaking to OK! Magazine, the actress said: "It's such a great show and it was so cool to be a part of it, although I was rubbish at it — probably the worst ever.

"I found it so difficult and could never do it again. I think I was a warning to other people who thought it could be an easy ride.

"I remember my mum called me up the night before I went into camp and and said: 'It's not too late to back out.'"

The star has also recently hit out at people who criticised her over weaning her baby daughter, stating: "It doesn't make you a better mum what ever your choice of feeding. I do think as Mums we're all in it together, we should support each other, it's not a competition.

"We're all just trying our best really no one is perfect and we should uplift each other as women as it's the best job but not always the easiest."
