Last night (March 28), ITV broadcast The Real Full Monty, which featured a host of male celebrities stripping off in order to increase awareness of testicular cancer.

And the best way to encourage men to check themselves is to show them just how to do it – and just how easy it is.

That's where Ashley Banjo, leader of Britain's Got Talent winners Diversity and Dancing on Ice judge, stepped in.

Banjo bravely agreed to get his testicles checked by This Morning's Doctor Chris Steele live in front of a studio audience.

Although you didn't see exactly what was going on (ITV didn't show any male genitalia – well, almost didn't), Dr Chris explained exactly what he was doing with his hands, and the whole process took about a minute.

Viewers praised the star for undertaking the test live on TV, and helping to raise awareness:
