One Geordie Shore fan is adamant that she has physical evidence the MTV show is faked.

Underneath an image of a call sheet purportedly from the reality show, one Twitter user wrote: "Next time your producers go for lunch @mtvgeordieshore make sure they don't leave behind their belongings #scriptedAF."

The leaked document reads like a play-by-play of a scene to be filmed featuring Nathan Henry, Marnie Simpson, Abbie Holborn, Zahida Allen and Sarah Goodhart while they get manicures and pedicures.

Though not actually a script, the (real or fake) production note does go into detail about what the producers want of this specific scene, and directs people towards specific conversation topics. And it's left some fans up in arms on Twitter.

"Get some funny chat from Nathan and Marnie informing the newbies that if they are proper Geordies then they need to be properly preened. It's the Geordie way!" reads one part.

It also seemingly references Chloe Ferry's exit from the show before it was publicly revealed to have happened, asking: "Going to miss Chloe? When will she come back?"

The note also states: "Chloe didn't get annoyed about Sarah kissing Marty at work but was livid with Zahida - why do they think that is?"

MTV said 'no comment' when contacted by Digital Spy over the note.

Geordie Shore airs on Tuesdays at 10pm on MTV.
