Megan has also been sharing snaps of herself on Instagram.
In her latest post, she talked about her nerves ahead of the upcoming UK Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation British finals.
"I'm crapping my pants!" she said. "I've worked so f**king hard on this, harder than I've ever worked for anything in my life ever!
"Some people might be like, 'For what, to look hot in a bikini?'
"Well, firstly, I look strong as shit in a bikini, but more importantly, I did this to prove to myself and everyone else that WHATEVER your goal is, be it a #fitnessgoal or just a general #lifegoal, it will only work as much as you do for it."
Megan's sister Kathryn - who played Emily - is still acting.

In fact, she starred in American teen drama Finding Carter, which aired on MTV for two seasons before it got axed. She will also appear in 24: Legacy in a recurring role.
Kathryn previously said that she has no intention of working with her sister Megan again.
"It's trying, working with Megan, because it's very full-on," she said back in 2010.
"We're not very close twins - we went to separate schools and never wanted to do the twin thing in our careers, but Skins was too good an opportunity to miss."
