The Hawkstone Farmers Choir's nearest competitors in the grand final were drone artists Celestial and dog act Anastasia & Salsa, who finished in second and third place respectively.
The group became the first choir in the history of the long-running series to win, with the collective making the bold choice to perform an original song - titled 'This is Home' - in the final after previously singing covers.
