I'm a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! star Maura Higgins has responded to a discussion around her relationship with Pete Wicks.
The two stars have recently been subjected to dating rumours after they were spotted sharing a kiss in London.
Maura explained in the jungle that while she was seeing someone before flying out to do the show, she was "not in a relationship", though confirmed the person she was linked to is in the public eye.

Following her elimination from I'm a Celebrity yesterday (December 5), the Love Island star appeared on This Morning where she was asked by presenter Alison Hammond "what's going to happen" with her and Pete when she returns to the UK.
Noting she mentioned in the jungle that she missed him, Maura replied: "I do miss him – like I missed all my friends and family!

Alison also jokingly asked if she could "be a bridesmaid", with Maura quipping in response: "You can be a bridesmaid Alison, OK, for god's sake!"
Pete has shown his support for Maura during her time in the jungle, while she spoke on I'm a Celebrity about press speculation surrounding the pair.

"You know more than me! No, I'm single, not in a relationship," she said. "People can date, not be in a relationship and take things slow without the media getting involved in your shit.
"What's the point in getting them involved too soon, when you just don't know where it's gonna go, you know?"
Maura also joked about their viral kiss, saying: "Well, we've already been papped, tongues down each other's necks, and we had no idea! The funniest part is I had a vape in one hand and a cigarette in the other, living my best life before the jungle."
