Strictly Come Dancing contestant Tasha Ghouri has spoken out about her experience in last night's (December 1) dance-off.
Tasha and her professional partner Aljaž Škorjanec were in the bottom two in this weekend's results show, alongside Montell Douglas and Johannes Radebe. After performing their acclaimed Argentine Tango (to 'Ex-Wives' from the musical Six) again, Tasha and Aljaž were saved.
On her Instagram page, Tasha wrote: "Being in the dance off was heartbreaking especially when it was with two beautiful people I adore inside and out [Montell] [Johannes] you two danced so beautifully and every week you shined.

"Luckily in the back bend it went back on, it threw me off which I was gutted about but the show had to go on. I'm proud that I carried on and didn't let it stop me. I hope this sent a strong message to never give up and to keep going, that is my journey and I'm proud.

"...Each week I’m growing, evolving and learning! Since week 1 I've seen such improvement and I still want to keep going, my heart is so in this and has been since day one."
"Every dance I get to do with you is an honour," she added while tagging Aljaž. "To dance that one with you again was for the heart and us. Semi finals let's get it."
Tasha and Aljaž's fellow semi-finalists are Chris McCausland and Dianne Buswell, Pete Wicks and Jowita Przystal, Sarah Hadland and Vito Coppola, and JB Gill and Lauren Oakley. Who will take home the Glitterball Trophy?
