This article contains discussion of miscarriages that some readers might find distressing.
Coleen Rooney opened up about suffering from miscarriage in an emotional conversation during last night's (November 29) I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!
With her husband Wayne Rooney, Coleen has four sons, born between 2009 and 2018. In the latest instalment of the reality show, Coleen sat down with Oti Mabuse (who herself opened up about premature birth recently) and GK Barry and spoke about her two miscarriages.

"I would've liked a girl for Wayne. I wasn't desperate. He would've liked a girl. I wasn't bothered either way," she told her campmates, before revealing: "I've had two miscarriages. And I don't know whether that has been girls. You know, sometimes they say you can't carry a certain sex."
"It must make you so paranoid when you do get pregnant again," GK Barry said.

Coleen continued: "I think when I had the first one I was really, like, scared thinking; 'cause me mum had trouble getting pregnant as well, but she didn't have any miscarriages. She just couldn't get pregnant.
"That went through me head, [it] was like: 'Am I going to be able to have a baby?'

"But then once I had a child, it took that away. You know, like, I went on to have another one. It's not nice, you know, for anyone. It's horrible, but knowing that I could conceive and have a child then that made me feel better."
She added that she felt that Wayne didn't have the level of emotional support she had, although it wasn't something she herself realised at first.
"Wayne really, he really felt it the first time round" she said. "And it wasn't until later on that I thought: 'do you know what; everyone's fussing around me, but not him.'
"He just had to get up, go to work like as normal... it's quite hard."
Meanwhile, last night's episode saw the first campmate of the season voted out, and they backed Coleen to win, calling her one of the "quiet hard workers" in camp.
Meanwhile, Oti and Melvin Odoom competed in the latest Bushtucker Trial and won the full 12 stars.
Organisations including Sands and Tommy's are able to offer help and support to anyone affected by baby loss.
I'm a Celebrity… airs on ITV1 and ITVX.
