I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! contestant Danny Jones's wife has revealed that he "lied" about his number one fear.
During a recent appearance on the Never Have I Ever podcast, the McFly singer's wife Georgia said that Danny hit the show's bosses with a "double bluff" about his fear of snakes so he wouldn't get voted for trials involving his true fear.
Though Georgia didn't reveal what really makes his skin crawl, she did say that his supposed fear of snakes is "bullshit".

"He's lied," she said. "He said he’s scared of snakes. Bullshit. World exclusive: bullshit. So, everyone vote for the tasks that don’t involve snakes, please!
"He’s not scared of snakes, but he said he is – that’s a double bluff. So, he’s now going to get tasks with snakes… I think they think Danny’s a really genuine guy!"

While Danny might not have had a fear of snakes before entering the jungle, we wouldn't be surprised if his "trouser snake" incident during the 2024 series' launch episode changed his tune.

The episode saw The Voice UK judge and former boxer Barry McGuigan take part in a trial aptly named the 'The Mausoleum of Misery', in which both were confined to chambers where they had to unlock padlocks to retrieve stars.
Danny was soon joined in the chamber by several snakes, one of which slithered up his shorts and decided to make itself comfortable.
"I’ve got a snake up my shorts!" he yelled in a panic, to which host Declan Donnelly quipped: "That is what’s known here as a trouser snake."
The end of last night's episode saw all 12 campmates head to a surprise overnight trial named 'The Fright Bus', where they have the chance to win some treats. Viewers saw The Fright Bus begin its journey, with lots of creepy crawlies being dumped onto the screaming contestants. How will they get on in tonight's episode?
