Channel 4 has announced a new Liverpool-set reality series called It’s a Scouse Life.
The upcoming E4 show is set to follow the lives of a group of metropolitan Merseysiders as they "juggle relationships, friendships, business, and family life in one of Europe’s most lively cities".
"The episode sees mates, dates and frenemies thrash out their feelings against a backdrop of glitzy parties, glamorous residences, and Liverpool’s iconic sights," the synopsis adds.

The personalities who will appear include entrepreneur Melina, her best friend Thomas and her boyfriend, MMA fighter Darren Till, as well as the longest-reigning 'Miss Liverpool', Georgia, sax player Jonny and his on/off girlfriend Jenny.
It’s a Scouse Life is set to premiere its pilot on Tuesday, November 12 after Married at First Sight UK airs – with the latter show currently in the middle of its ninth season.

Speaking about the series, showrunner Simon Atkins said: "Getting to spend time in this vibrant city gave a real insight into the close-knit lives of this cast, their families and the community which we hope shines through in this pilot."

"Channel 4 has a celebrated history of showing Liverpool on screen, which makes it all the more exciting to bring this latest reality project to viewers on E4 to show modern Liverpool in all its glory," added Channel 4’s Genna Gibson.

It’s a Scouse Life will premiere on E4 on Tuesday, November 12.
