Celebs Go Dating star Ella Morgan has shared an update on her relationship with Alex, saying they are "very happy together".

The pair had an instant connection after meeting during the latest series of the E4 reality show, with their relationship becoming official during the finale as the cast attended the pool party.

Over a month on from the conclusion of the series, Ella - who had previously appeared on Married at First Sight UK - revealed to The Sun during the Pride of Britain Awards that she and Alex are still going strong, with the pair "content" in their relationship.

Ella, who was recently pictured on holiday alongside Celebs Go Dating co-star Stephen Webb, had previously spoken about her "life-changing" experience on the show, sharing: "I think as a trans person it is really hard to date.

"But actually, I don't see it as a dating show. I feel like [this because] it's been life-changing for me and I think this series is a lot more about the celebrities and our journeys and who we are as people, rather than being just us going on date after date."
