Married at First Sight UK's Eve and Charlie had instant chemistry on their wedding day, but sadly their relationship on the show has been very up and down since. This has lead viewers to wonder whether Charlie and Eve made it through the MAFS experiment to Final Vows, and if they are still together now after the show.

As predicted by expert Paul C Brunson, there were fireworks between Charlie and Eve when they met. They flirted up a storm at their wedding, and both seemed really happy with their match.

Charlie said from the start that she had a tendency to fall quickly, and her feelings for Eve seemed to be growing from that first day. Meanwhile Eve appeared overwhelmed by her new wife's approach to their relationship, which lead to an exchange on their honeymoon where Eve asked Charlie to "chill out".

Charlie walked off, leading to the pair spending their first night apart after Eve decided to take some space and get her own apartment. Charlie expressed to the camera that she didn't understand, and that Eve wouldn't talk to her.

They came together the following day and Eve apologised to Charlie for leaving her for the night, but explained that she had needed time. The pair cleared the air, but Eve later admitted on-camera that she still felt a "sticky feeling" following their argument.

Eve ultimately decided to stay in her own room again, which resulted in another disagreement the next day.

The tension from their different communication styles lead to them having another row over dinner, which resulted in Charlie saying she was thinking of leaving the experiment.

Despite this, the pair remained part of the MAFS process and tried to navigate their way through their communication problems once back in the UK. At the Commitment Ceremony, both Eve and Charlie got emotional when they recounted their honeymoon to the experts.

Paul, Mel Schilling and Charlene Douglas were on hand to offer them some advice and, by the end of their time on the coach, both Eve and Charlie revealed their decisions to stay.

They went into Experts Week trying to make things work, although Eve still didn't want to move back into the apartment with Charlie.

When they were tasked with writing a letter to each other, Charlie shared some vulnerabilities from her past but was then hurt to discover that Eve hadn't participated in the task with her own letter.

This lead to another row between the pair, although they decided to draw a line under it and move forward by attending the next dinner party as a couple.

But, having heard from Eve that things hadn't been going well in their relationship, this came as quite a shock to some of the other brides – most notably Polly, who Eve seemed closest to.

Polly and Charlie then had an emotional disagreement, which lead to Charlie momentarily walking out of the group gathering. Eve went after her wife to comfort her, and Charlie eventually came back.

Polly apologised, which Charlie accepted. But Charlie went on to explain that she now didn't feel comfortable opening up to Polly about her perspective on her relationship with Eve.

Next up is the second Commitment Ceremony (airing October 2), where we'll hear what the experts think of the drama and Eve and Charlie's relationship...

But are Charlie and Eve from MAFS UK together now?

It goes without saying that the current season of the popular E4 show is still airing on Channel 4, so we don't know yet how things are going to play out for Eve and Charlie.

It's fair to say that they have had a tough time in the process together so far, but it remains to be seen whether they'll decide to stay or leave. As the experts always remind us, both couples have to choose "leave" in order to exit the show.

As for social media, Eve doesn't appear to have shared anything relating to the show on Instagram. Her most recent snap seems to show her holding hands with someone, but it's not clear from the photo who that is...

Charlie has been reacting along to the show on her own Instagram page, and has said that the Commitment Ceremony is going to be "another hard watch..."

After last night's dinner party (October 1), Charlie shared: "I'm sorry I've been super quiet! But it's just been A LOT. The support has been overwhelming and I can't thank you all enough..."

She also went on to urge viewers to be kind to her fellow MAFS cast members.

Married at First Sight UK airs on E4 in the UK. Married at First Sight Australia airs on Nine Network in Australia and E4 in the UK.
