Celebs Go Dating star Ella Morgan has shared an update on her health after taking a break from filming the reality show earlier this year.
The former Married At First Sight bride briefly stepped back from the spotlight in July after being hospitalised.
A recent episode of Celebs Go Dating saw Ella open up about her health struggles, detailing an issue with her bowel.
However, she’s now given a reassuring update on her current well-being.

Chatting to Digital Spy on the National Television Awards red carpet on Wednesday (September 11) night, Ella gave an update on how she’s doing.

"I'm much better," Ella reassured. "Everything is really good."
The reality TV star also confirmed we’ve not seen the last of her yet and said she has "loads of exciting things" in the pipeline.
"I'm not allowed to say... but you'll see me on a screen near you soon," she enthused.
However, when it comes to her love life, Ella kept tight-lipped – not wanting to spoil her Celebs Go Dating journey for fans of the show. "Just carry on watching the show, and you'll see," she teased.

Explaining her illness on Celebs Go Dating, Ella revealed: "After the retreat, you know I wasn’t feeling very well. The whole time we were at the retreat, there was something not right – I’ve been having issues for a while around my bowels.
"I was so unwell, and it’s not like me to tap out. I came home, and I’ve literally been admitted into A&E, and I’ve been here since. Having an ECG, having CT scans, and there’s something in my bowel that they need to investigate."
The National Television Awards aired live from The O2 Arena in London on ITV1 and ITVX on Wednesday, September 11.
