Speaking exclusively to Digital Spy on the red carpet of tonight's (September 11) National Television Awards 2024, the reality TV personality turned presenter explained how she channelled Flack on the new show.
"No, genuinely I stand by that statement. One of my biggest lasting memories from that show is the way Caroline looked after me and held my hand through all the first weeks of fame that came with Love Island, and I will never forget that.
"It is something that I really wanted to take with me and into my hosting style, especially with these girls, 'cause it meant a hell of a lot to me."

Although the show hasn't officially been renewed for a second season at the time of writing, the reality star added that the signs are promising.
"We just found out today that we hit 6 million streams, that's an exclusive, on ITVX and we haven't even finished [airing] yet, so I would say it's looking positive," she said.
"I love this show. These girls made it what it is, and their boyfriends, their partners, and I'm so proud of how it came out. So yeah, it's looking good."
Bad Boyfriends airs on ITV2 and can be streamed on ITVX.
