Claudia Winkleman has cause for celebration as she took home a National Television Award on Wednesday (September 11).
The Traitors season two picked up the gong for Best Reality Competition, with Winkleman taking to the stage to accept the award.
However, while making a passionate speech about the team behind the show’s success, the presenter couldn’t help but poke fun at the competition’s winner.

Winkleman began by thanking everyone who had voted for The Traitors to win the award.
“This is because of the extraordinary team at Studio Lambert,” she said. “Thank you so much to the BBC. We are nothing without our wonderful cast.”

“Thank you so much for this. This is yours,” Winkleman said, as she passed the trophy to another member of The Traitors team.
Bypassing the show’s winner, Harry Clark, she teased: “Harry, you already won”.
Clark was famously crowned the winner of season two after he snatched the £95,000 prize fund after successfully deceiving his Faithful co-stars.
His win left viewers stunned, as he brutally tricked his co-star Mollie Pearce, right up to the final moments – leaving her convinced he was a Faithful.

Teasing ahead to the next outing of The Traitors, Winkleman remarked: “We really hope you like the next series”.
The Traitors season three is expected to air early next year, with a fourth already commissioned by the BBC.
The broadcaster also recently confirmed fans can expect to see a nine-part celebrity special next year.
The National Television Awards aired live from The O2 Arena in London on ITV1 and ITVX on Wednesday, September 11.
