Selling the OC star Alex Hall has shared an update on her and Tyler Stanaland's relationship.

Speaking to Entertainment Tonight following the premiere of Selling the OC season 3 on Friday (May 3), Alex confirmed that they no longer speak to each other after Tyler left the Oppenheim Group to work at a rival firm.

"Tyler and I don't speak. I haven't spoken to him since very shortly after he left the Oppenheim Group or maybe the day that it was announced," she said.

The reality star continued: "I had a conversation with him. There was some revelations that were made, not by his choice, but some things that came to the surface that gave me some understanding and clarity on why certain things progressed or didn't progress throughout season 3.

"[It] kind of gave me the closure that I needed, I guess. I wish him nothing but the best. I just don't want to be dragged through it any further."

Alex and Tyler had first sparked rumours about their relationship status following the pair sharing a kiss during the season 2 finale, with the pair later insisting they were still navigating the "dynamic of our friendship".

However, in a trailer for season 3 the pair's relationship appeared to have soured, with Alex telling Tyler in one scene: "You swooned me and then you f**king disappeared."

Tyler later confided in his uncertainty over his relationship with fellow realtor Austin Victoria, before the pair had another tense conversation over their future.

"When we're trying to force it, neither one of us are on the same page and I don't want to run this thing into the ground," Tyler told her, with Alex later admitting to the cameras that she was "out" of their relationship.

Selling the OC seasons 1-3 are available to stream on Netflix.
