Too Hot to Handle star Harry Jowsey has revealed he's been diagnosed with skin cancer.

Harry, who first rose to fame on season one of the hit Netflix reality series, shared his diagnosis in an honest TikTok video — which was posted on Friday (April 26).

Speaking directly to the camera, he said: "There isn't really an easy way to say this, but last week I went to a dermatologist to get my skin checked and they found some skin cancer on me.

"I'm going to be all good, everything's going to be OK. I just wanted to make this post to let you know that summer's going to be around the corner. Please wear sunscreen."

Harry went on to urge viewers to be "more responsible" with their health by regularly checking their skin for any signs of mole or freckle changes.

"If you're a freckly little frog like me, go get a mole map and get your body checked, because you never know. I've had this on my shoulder for like a year or two, I had no idea. I just want to save and protect one of you guys out there," he explained.

"So, go get your skin checked, wear your sunscreen and be a little bit more responsible because that's what I've got to do now, and it's very scary."

The reality star, who hasn't disclosed the type of skin cancer he has, then revealed in the comments that he is scheduled to undergo surgery on Tuesday (April 30).

Following his appearance on Too Hot to Handle in 2020, Harry recently took part in last year's season of Dancing With The Stars — where he came in sixth place with professional partner Rylee Arnold.

Too Hot to Handle streams on Netflix.
