Top Gear's Paddy McGuinness and Freddie Flintoff are not currently in touch with each other following Flintoff's road crash in 2022.
While filming the BBC motoring programme, which has since been put on hold by the broadcaster, Flintoff (whose real name is Andrew) was involved in a serious accident at Dunsfold Park Aerodrome and subsequently rushed to hospital.
"We were all there for him when it happened, and he got back to us all immediately after, but it's gone quiet since then," co-presenter McGuinness told The Sun.

"Who knows what he must be going through. I still see his wife and we still chat, and we have the same barber, and it's all lovely."
The Question of Sport and Take Me Out star went on to reveal: "I messaged Fred recently saying, 'Look, I can't begin to think what you're going through but rather than me bombarding you with loads of messages, which can be annoying, if you can't be arsed with that, I'm always here. I hope you're well and please God, I'll see you soon'.

This comes after The Grand Tour's Richard Hammond weighed in on Top Gear's hiatus, after co-hosting Top Gear with Jeremy Clarkson and James May for 13 years until 2015.
"Top Gear was on hiatus when we took it on so it'll come back one day, although in what shape I don't know. The decision to buy our next car is probably the most significant contribution we can make as individuals to the future, so we need to be informed. Maybe that's the route it could take?" he suggested.
