06.08 Shell arches up (she's on her tummy), stretches, rubs her eyes and lies back down again.
06.15 Shell is only half asleep, every now and then her eyes flick open for a few seconds.
06.22 Dan's asleep and dreaming, his face twists slightly into a small frown before relaxing back.
