13.00 - 13.15

Shell jumps up to make some pasta and oil. I take it that will be classified as a snack?
Jase wants to pass the task so that they can enjoy the last week. He's said more in the last hour than in all the time since Victor left it seems to me! Ah, Michelle has just said they will have to eat at the table, surely that means Shell shouldn't do the cooking?
Finally Nadia and Dan are outside with the others. Nadia says hello to Michelle as if she hasn't seen her for ages. M tells her she's been discussing holidays, I would think that's her only topic of conversation recently. I wonder where OK mag will send her and Stu to cover their "exclusive romance"?
Nadia says she's exhausted with all the work she's been doing. The girls are treating this chained malarkey to pretend that they are seperate groups and are living seperate existances.
Shell tells them how she makes curry, noting that she loves garlic and uses loads of it. This is a GOOD thing as it boosts their immune system and no one's had any colds at all in the House. (Selective memory there Shell. You forgot Dan's ill health, and who could forget Ahmed's brush with death?)
M says when she leaves the House she'll be a walking garlic clove on legs! They discuss getting double shopping next week and plan how much tobacco Nadia and Shell can get. Shell is savvy enough to think that if they make it to the last week they'll get a slap up meal from BB at least one night, leaving more money for the dreaded weed.

Cromer : Paul and Helen - Different people, different circumstances, different approach. Different outcome? who cant tell.

katykat : The people slagging off michelle for being 'controlling' over Stu are obviously missing the fact that Stu is LOVING IT!!
So lay off them!

What to Read Next

seank : See the way Jas has his greedy eyes on the prize fund - only the other day he was walking and now he wants to enjoy the last week - people wake up - remember why he was so far ahead of victor before the fight. He has not entertained just moaned about everything - Please vote him out and give Michelle a break - she can go after him - follwed by Stuart then Shell then Dan and finally Nadia as winner - thats how I would love to see the week go

Val : The text topic on screen at the mo is What would you do to spice things up in the final few weeks? FEW? Have I gone through a time warp?

Anyway, giving the hm's more tasks to do would make it much more entertaining. Tasks that make the hm's work together like this chain-gang task. It has made a huge difference but they could have done with a lot more mini tasks.

Great minds Val, I was thinking that. What's with the last few weeks? There's only 10 days to go!

marianne : i think whoeva voted victa out are stupid coz he was theonly person worth watching, besides michell and chiken stu!!!

Jason is laughing with Nadia as he stands in the kitchen making something, I think he's frying onions to go in the pasta. What a transformation. Did something happen to him last night, he bears no relation to the miserable so and so of the last few weeks. This time yesterday I was writing how out of it he was and how he wasn't mixing or speaking to the others.
Watching the food cooking on the screen is making me feel hungry. I can almost smell those fried onions. Surely this is a fail though, as Jase and Shell are doing the cooking. The rules of this task are beyond me.
Jase says he's starving so he wants a nice big portion. (Dan and Nadia aren't eating). They speculate they may get a party for passing the task, with lots of alcohol.
Michelle says she's got "Unchained Melody" running in her head as the potters' wheel reminded her of it. (from "Ghost" I would imagine, who could forget Demi Moore and Patrick Swayze's scene in that film).
Jase is laughing again as they joke about getting their chains mixed up as he drains the pasta.

marianne : i want stu to go coz hes soo boring and michelle isnt right for him

amanda : i like to vote out michelle coz she gets jeoulos every time stu goes to make bread with chell

Toffee : Tasks that keep Stu and Michelle seperated - they are SO boring when together !
LOL. Is Stu ever anything than boring. I found him dull when M was in the BS, still we all have different tastes

Silverlady : At one time Jason was quite amusing and sociable. I think he has been brainwashed by firstly Vanessa who didn't like Nadia and then by Victor's constant sniping. This sniping really took off after Vanesa had been evicted and I think Jason was really missing her and was actually clinically depressed. He has now been drawn out of this by the new task and it is good to see him smiling again. I have been through the hating jason stage and am now emerging at the other end thinking that he is really out of his depths with the rest of the HMs and their lifestyles. He has very little in common with them which doesn't help.
I agree. It was like he had to be morose, because he couldn't let the side (JC's) down

Val : The rules of the task were changed just prior to the hm's getting them. The kitchen duty pair only have to provide Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. All other snacks etc they can help themselves. I agree though, this is confusing as what Shell is doing is actually a meal but maybe if they don't sit at the table together it could be classed as a snack. Confused!!!
Thanks for that Val. It's not good when I dont get to see much Live Feed. I miss the details and it'll be all over when I finally return home!

Neh : Katykat: you're right, I am missing how Stuart is loving being controlled by Michelle. I just can't see it. I CAN see someone who puts up with it because she has a tantrum every time he doesn't.

A scene from Sunday morning (I think) when I flicked on E4. Stu is sitting on that red seat thing in the garden, Michelle is wrapped round his neck.

Michelle: Who's you're special girl? Is it me? I hope it's me. Otherwise I'll have to find her and punch her and keep you all to myself. Okay?

Stu (gazing into the distance): yeah...

13.30 - 13.45

The four are munching their pasta on the decking. It does look appetising. "That's nice" says Jase. "It's good to have something hot, it's like eating a main meal". Jason is a happy guy right now, as they silently munch away. Shell breaks the silence to scream at a bee or wasp, but soon squats it away and carries on eating. The air is full of contented sighs. Jason thanks Shell for cooking it and goes to get a glass of milk. Michelle doesn't drink milk apparently. 9 weeks and I've just noticed that.
Meanwhile, in the bedroom, Dan is adjusting the straps on Nadia's top for her. After he's done that, they return to the kitchen to carry on making the vegetable curry.

bored_at_work : someone's shouted Nadia's secret over the fence. Nice of the hm's to pretend not to hear it- poor Nadia though, how horrible to be wasted after all this time. GO NADS!
Yes, I read that on the forums. Why do people have to do that?

ali : Has anyone any idea if this task is a pass or a fail. As you say Tally the rules are beyond anyone understanding them. That could have been just a 'snack' that Shell made, but if it was for anyone other than herself and Stu it has to be a fail. I love the updates and I am a recent visitor to DS:BB you seem to have a lot more news than the official BB site. Keep up the good work
Thanks ali. Guess we'll have to wait for later this afternoon to find out if it's a pass or fail. Call me cynical, but I think they'll pass them, just so that they have a good final week.

13.45 - 14.00

Michelle nuzzles into Stuart's neck as Shell yells out to Nadia that something's ready, I'm not sure what. "Hot, hot, hot" says M as they laze around.
Nadia is boasting of her bread and her apricot tart (I love the way she pronounces a pri cott) although Dan says it's burnt. He does like to wind Nads up doesn't he.
Jase used to have a budgie called "Cheeky". Stu is surprised, he imagined him with a huge dog, but Jay doesn't like dogs. (A mark down in my book!)
About 3 different conversations are going on and I cant follow all of them, I think Jase is talking about his house heating! He then moves on to talk about the Millenium Celebrations in Scotland, and the fact that the weather was so bad that they were cancelled in Edinburgh.
He's surprised that Wednesday is going so fast. Once Wednesday's over, the weekend is there before you know it. It's taken me a while to get used to this new Jason, and now my 2 hours is up. Hopefully, he'll be like this for the rest of his duration.

Jules : What about if they got told from BB that they failed the task, but were allowed to get all shopping etc if they stayed in the chains for a further 24 hours??!! And keep to the rules fully!!

Val : Vic was the thorn in J's side. It has taken J a while to return to the group but lets hope that it stays this way. If M goes Friday, I think J will take Stu under his wing. I like J this way, happy and smiling and winding up S&M. I say keep him in.

seank : my skin is crawling with Jas new behaviour - these are the people 48 hours ago he said he could'nt spend any time with - the chaining has made him realise he has a chance to win it - he is pretending to like them all trying to gain public support - hence him walking around in his jocks and suddenly smiling again. Don't forget all the nasty things he has said behind each of their backs - If he gets into the last week I would be so dissapointed - he has been agressive and foul mouthed and does not deserve to be there for last week of show

Susan : What has Michelle done wrong in the past couple of days? Last time I looked at the betting odds there was a 99% chance that jason would be going on Friday - now Mich is favourite at 1/2 and Jason is at 2 to 1! Have I missed something?
I think it's the green eyed jealousy rearing it's head since the "chained" task started

Tracey : I know Stu puts up with Michelle, and probably loves it, but this does not excuse the way she speaks to, and treats Shell. For that reaason she has to go.

Lexy : Hi Tally! I love your updates, so pleased you can be with us again and hope you're mum's doing OK. PLease vote out Jason, don't let him off that appalling behaviour previously. xx
Thanks Lexy. Yes, she's on the mend...although I miss my home and Cornwall and cant wait to get back!

Val : After J said he didn't like dogs he went on to say that when he's married with a couple of kids he will probably have a dog but not while he's single living in a flat. Can we give him back those marks Tally?
;) I might let him off then!

Val : The change in J today is great. Joining in more and having fun. So nice to see him just now singing Don't Worry Be Happy. Ahhhh

Badger : WHAT THIS.....some muppet has told the HM's Nadia's secret...is this true, how have the HM's taken it, more to the point how's Nadia taken it!!!!
OMG what will Divina do now!!!

And there I'll leave you. Will they pass or fail the task? Updates will continue later on in the day. I'll be back tomorrow.
