The HM's are still chilling in the garden.

13.00 - 13.15

Shell is blinding us with painting knowledge which will be a pass from me, as I know nothing about anyone she's talking about.

Glory : Re Stu and Michelle, reading what Stu's mum has said, I reckon she is a great woman. She obviously has her feelings on what is going on in the house but has vocally aired her support of both Stu AND Michelle. Good on her! She is what a mum should be, gotta admire her. She probably knows that it is a relationship that has formed in unreal circumstances and could go either way when they come out so no point in laying down the law, disowning her son etc when it may all be done and dusted 3 months from now. Stu might be a bit dense but I think that he is more than aware of the unrealness of the house and that is why he has been holding back - and quite rightly. If he gave into it and told Michelle he loved her, for it all to go pear shaped on the outside, she'd take it really badly.

Of course it goes both ways, Michelle might drop Stu when she comes out to male adoration (of the sleazy sort) and I think her need for acceptance and attention is so great, she will put her topless career ahead of her relationship with Stu, which will kill it off. He is in a different class. She also has to accept she will see far less of him on the outside and they will not immediately start living together when they get out (which I think is on her mind) and her jealousy and insecurity will drive him off. The sad thing is, I bet she is the vengeful type and it will be all over all the trashy gossip mags.
Great email, Glory. I agree with what you say. Thanks for that insight into the Stu/Michelle dynamic. Sometimes parents have to just sit back and watch and let their off spring make mistakes. It must be difficult. I dont think I could be so wise.

Sarah : I don't know why Michelle's odds have gone down. She's lovely, just really insecure. And Stu is so shy and uncomfortable with being on TV that he seems disinterested sometimes and that just sets her off. There's nothing else about her that's even remotely offensive.

What to Read Next

Stu is putting on Shell's makeup. "Whack on some blusher" she instructs. This is followed by a small amount of lip gloss It's nice to see these two getting along together. Now, Shell is brushing Stu's teeth. How weird must that be? I would hate to have someone else clean my teeth! Stu is very accomodating, as he gargles away. Ewk! Shell says that they are really being kept in the dark, no knowledge of what's happening, what the task will be, what time it will be delivered or anything.
Stu returns to Michelle, who asks where he's been. Good lawd, woman, cant he go to the bathroom without you checking up? A week away from the Live Feed has made me realise just how clingy she's become again. I thought she was better after her stay in the BS. Now she has to hold his hand as a plane flies overhead and they all look up. The sound is dipped, so I dont know if it had a message or anything.

13.15 - 13.30

Send me some messages folks, the BB House is very quiet, almost comotose. Stu is talking about a dance that bees do to tell each other where the honey is. Now they're talking about how pigs find truffles. (all through this conversation, Jase is sitting as if he's praying, with no input into the group at all).
Now the talk is of why weddings have Breakfasts and Receptions and why a funeral party is called a wake. Nadia tells them of the ritual in Madeira when there is a funeral. Dan says he wants a huge party for his funeral, "though he couldn't guarentee to be there!" Stu wants everyone to be "Mega gutted".
Nadia thinks Dan's idea is disrespectful (I dont, I totally agree with him) while Shell says she hates funerals and doesn't like them. She wants to get on with life and then have her organs donated. The topic moves on to Nadia's belief in Reincarnation, as it's too scary to think that death is the end. Dan tells her she wont need her body. They discuss Nadia's Catholic views on Purgatory. Stu thinks it's a crazy idea, but that they're probably living there at the moment. LOL

bored_at_work : Stop the Michelle bashing, at least least she's entertaining. U lot must have had a holiday romance at some point? Get rid of her spineless boyf.
It's difficult when she's being annoying though. I was one of Michelle's fans after the BS, but she's gone back into Fatal Attraction, Glenn Close, mode. Agree with the spineless boyfriend though. After 9 weeks, I dont feel I know Stuart at all.

Hothead : Just back after a short break. Can't conceal my delight that the loudmouth oil slick has gone. His inarticulate & totally ott efforts to shine on BBLB & EFORUM are totally cringe making.Hope Michelle is next so we can see the breakdown.

Jayne : As much as I cannot stand Jason, I really hope that Michelle leaves this Friday. The house needs some drama and there would be plenty of that if she heard her name read out by Davina. At least then we would get to see what Stu is really like.

13.30 - 13.45

Back from a break and the talk has turned to whether they would want to know how long they have to live. Would they want to know the exact time of their death? Stu is all for this- he would feel indestructible up until this point. Nadia agrees that's a good point and would quite like that. The sound is dipped for the rest of this.
They think that BB hasn't realised how boring this is and hasn't thought this through. They all feel lethargic and go to lie down. Jase speaks for the first time since breakfast and says the minute they lie down, they'll be called to the DR for a task. "That's what we want" chips in Dan. Boredom is their enemy. All six troop into the bedroom.

Cromer : Can we please get Jay out - once he has finished this task he will go back to his bed and wont bother socialising anymore.

Or get Shell out - she is soooo dull!

A lot of people may not like Michell but at least she talks and is entertaining. If she leaves we will be left to watch, Jay sleep, and well what exactly do the other do? Sit about and have hum drum conversations.. mainly about smoking. When she leaves I fear it will be quite dull. Jay out first then Shell then Dan or Stu, then Mich then Nadia!!!

stu0rt : Heh, I have a couple of Moomin cuddly toys that like to eat truffles :p ... Anyway, I got up this morning and tuned into DS:BB (as always) and was shocked to see Michelle's odds changing in favour of eviction this week. But then I thought back to how many times I had to hide behind a cushion during the highlights show. Watching her insane jealousy is excruciatingly painful! I don't think it will last once they leave the house, and I think it would be interesting to get her out this week, for two reasons. First, we can see what Stu is like without her (and see how she reacts); and second, we can watch as Jason descends into a morose stupour next week :D

pammy : pleaseeee vote michelle out!!! she is so annoying and self-centred. she always needs to be the centre of attention. why is she so possessive? they have only known each other a few weeks. her shell bashin is plain cruel. get her out!!

They're talking about the design of the House, speculating whether they've used the same doors as last year. Birds tweet, as Dan rants about the insects in the bedroom. Michelle asks Nadia who she would have most liked to have been shackled to. "She's got the best deal" quips Dan. Nadia agrees, though she wouldn't mind if she'd been with Shell as they both smoke.
They're all winding down now, after the exercise exertions. Michelle asks what they'll have for dinner and they agree they haven't had meat for a while. I'm waiting for Chicken to bemoan the fact that she isn't shackled with Stu, but so far, she's resisted. She asks if they think they've done any fails up to now,but everyone just wants to go to sleep.

Chrisy J : Really hoping Michelle goes this friday, I sort of subscribe to the theory she's a bully, but then, the flip side is Stu got jellouse too. I do think they're both going to go their own ways outside the house (Michelle is thinking of moving in with him already? Jellouse of his family?) that's not grounds for a relationship to last I'm affraid, but I am not looking forward to her being all over Heat etc

Well, that's my stint up. It's good to get back into the swing of these exciting updates!! (they're all completely silent and nodding off to sleep). I'll hand you over to Claire, who will be taking you through the afternoon. Hopefully, I'll be back tomorrow.
