Thanks Daniel. Well, I'm back with Live Updates, but, as some of you know, I'm not at home. I'm oop North looking after my Mum who has had an op, so there may be gaps if she needs me. I'll try and do my best. Also, I haven't seen any live coverage since last Sunday week, apart from the eviction...so I may be a bit rusty on the details of what's happening. Bear with me, thanks.

12.00 - 12.15

The group are still doing their exercises - I haven't seen them all chained up till now, it's quite funny seeing Dan towering over Nadia as they jiggle around, Dan all long thin torso and skinny chest, and Nadia, all bouncing cleavage. This looks a very gentle exercise session, probably just as well as they dont want to be falling over. They're squatting and clapping in time to the music at the moment. It's not that interesting to watch, but they keep blanking the screen with those photos and messages about no sound possible. Why?
The music stops and Stu squeals "I feel so alive." They break for a cup of water and a "Well done, everyone" moment.
Stu reckons it's like being in a holiday camp. Does he mean the Butlins of the fifties and sixties, when Happy Campers were woken up for exercises? (so I've heard, I'm way too young to know!)
Nadia and Dan are walking round the garden, for all the world like a chain gang, clonking away as they move. Shell is in the Waiting Area.

Dan's no 1 fan : Nadia exercising...thats a sight I'd neve thought I'd see!
It IS quite a funny sight. Those boobs and exercise are a bit of a clash!

Obviously it's Michelle and Jason's turn to do cook duties today, as they chop bananas up. Michelle says she's sick of the sight of bananas and she used to like them. I forgot, they're on basic rations this week aren't they?
Stu is merrily chirping away to Nadia and Shell, while Jase and M work out how to prepare the oats and banana concoction. The meal is ready and looks filling, if totally unappetising. Stu has apples instead of bananas. M says she is feeling stressed out. Stu asks for an explanation, but Michelle does not look hapy. She's as far away from Jase as she can get, not that I blame her there, but I'm just so glad that the producers didn't chain her up to Stu. There wouldn't have been a centimetre of air between them, plus it would have been nauseating! Stu starts on his porridge, I thought they had to feed each other? I cant keep up with the rules here. M says she has claustrauphobia, which has made me guffaw, she never suffers from that when she's attatched to Stu!

NewKidOnTheBlock : Message for Cromer: Please see the post on the 10:00-11:00 section by me. Seems Stu-pid has voiced how he feels. A lot of people would love this romance to be the real thing but alas, let's not forget that Stu-pid is a psychology student and may be playing a much more clever game than we all anticipate! (Not likely, but you never know!).
Hi Tally. Thanks for the updates and hope your ma gets well soon. As you state you're not old enough to remember the good old days of holiday camps maybe, like me, your memories are formed from "Hi-de-hi" ... campers. :o)
Thanks for that Newkid, ouch, I now have Gladys' voice sounding in my head, "Hi de Hi, Ho de Ho!"

Dan's no 1 fan : This task is genius. The look on Michelle's face is priceless!
tee hee, it is indeed

The group are still eating, mostly in silence, with just a few bits of chit chat. Stu says that the exercise videos are cool, but difficult to follow. To which Shell replies that if you do them over a few weeks they become easier. They discuss whether they'll get more than one task today. Shell thinks they will.
They discuss the cost of the oats, and how cheap and easy it is to make your own bread. They reckon they can save a fiver if they get a shopping budget next week, just by baking their own.
Shell says going to have a ciggie, but Nadia gloomily says that the rations wont allow. Shell goes over how they are rationing the ciggies so that they get through the week. They have 2 packets to last the week, the first is lasting 4 days, the other 3. This is on the assumption that they'll be more in need of nicotine as the week goes on. I think Michelle has hidden some tobacco by the way she's talking, but I'm not sure. Dan is going to ask them if they have to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner, as it's too filling. Shell wants to make soup, but it's not her cooking day. I've just realised this must be quite stressful for Shell as cooking is her "role" in the House.

James : Just look how that horrible Jason is making Michelle's life hell...just in the same way that Victor made Shell call him a c**t...burn Jason, the witch !!!

Tony-in-Mcr : It looks like Jason will get back a lot of the support he's lost through his fairly poisonous conversations with Victor, and all that lying about, looking fed up. If the betting odds are anything to go by, Jason isn't a dead cert for leaving on Friday. From his DR chats, he could be seen as going for the sympathy vote. People have very short memories! Look out, MEchelle... you might be having a few days without Stu...

zelana : Hi Tally, nice to see you back you've been missed. What a shame BB waited until this late in the series to introduce morning exercises. It should have been done from the begining.

Mike : NewKidOnTheBlock: In reply to the earlier message I assumed it would be Jason but I see Michelle is getting a bit of stick and that it's between her and Jason depending on how the week goes. Sometimes I agree Michelle does get a bit jealous and likes to get her own way and I think that if she was evicted a few weeks back when she was up that she would of had a better public reaction. But now I think that there could be more booing for her now after recent events.

Clare : Michelle REALLY has to go this week, give Stuart some peace on his own to see if he does have anything about him that makes him worthy of winning!!

I've always like Michelle but her possesiveness is driving me mad - does she have to comment EVERY time he makes bread with Shell!?!?!?!?!?

Trace : I feel sorry for Jason in this task.. Michelle isn't even trying to talk to him even when he isn't part of the group and is still attempting to make small talk with her. Also Michelles sly-digs at Shell are awful... forgetting her name and the comments/actions from MEchelle about the bread making were petty playground bitchiness!!

Tony-in-Mcr : Watching the C4 update last night, and seeing Nadia enter the LA through the sliding doors and nearly go ar*e over t*t, and try to regain her composure... and watching her try to avoid showing BB her weight on the scales - and when questioned by the HM as to how much she weighed, she screeched 'NUTHIN'!'... I suddenly realized I'm really going to miss her when BB is over. I've liked other housemates, but Nadia is so unusual and funny, she's going to be missed. She really could do with her own tv series! She's going to get a lot of flack for the 'gender reassignment', but I think the majority don't care if she used to be a giraffe - we just want to carry on watching her.

Seaneeboy : Good to see ya back tally, hope your mum is on the mend.

I imaginethey have to keep blanking the feed because things keep falling out during the exercises!!
Thanks Seaneeboy, she's on the mend. I just have to make sure SHE does her exercises too (physio!)

Everyone is out in the garden now. Jason still looks as if he has the weight of the world upon him. The conversation is riveting, so much so that it's not worth writing it down. Now, there's a sound dip. Tina Arena "I'm In Chains" is Jase's choice of song for tomorrow, as they come up with all the songs they can think of to do with chain gangs. Shell has just been to the DR and tells them that they have to sit at the table 3 times a day even though they're not eating.

As it's so dull, I'll just change hours.
