The Traitors US has been given an early renewal.

According to Variety, the hit reality format will be back for a third season after it shifted to an all-celebrity cast for its current run.

The first season of The Traitors US was a unique mix of both celebrities and civilian players, whereas the second run has focused on reality stars — from the likes of Big Brother, The Real Housewives, Love Island, RuPaul's Drag Race and Below Deck.

The cast also has a hook for UK viewers, with Love Island's Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu and former Speaker of the House of Commons, John Bercow, joining the American celebrities at the roundtable.
