Strictly Come Dancing professional Amy Dowden has showcased her hair regrowth in a series of Instagram Stories.
The dancer has been diagnosed with cancer, and since starting chemotherapy she has spoken about the effects losing her hair has had on her confidence.
Now, she's shared a short video of her hair at its current length, writing: "So grateful for the hair growth so far. My eyelashes and brows are back and the hair is growing.
"This is for everyone going through treatment... Remember, like I keep telling myself 'This too shall pass.' This is 11 weeks since my last chemo."

She followed that up with a series of three photos — taken on December 6, Christmas Day, and today — to showcase just how quickly her hair has been returning, admitting that she didn't realise it at first until she did a comparison.

"Can't believe it," she wrote. "The regrowth felt so slow but looking back it's unreal and it's helping me feel more positive."

Amy stated a few weeks back that she feels like 2024 will be her year as she laid out her goals.
"Hopefully, I'm going to get that Glitterball and I'm going to bring it back to Wales because a Welsh professional dancer's never won the show," she said during an interview on on BBC Radio Wales.
"That might be because I'm the only ever Welsh professional dancer to be on the show. But, yeah, that's my aim for 2024, to get fit and healthy and to get myself back on that Strictly dancefloor."
