Vanderpump Villa, the new spin-off to Vanderpump Rules, has released its first trailer.
The upcoming series will follow Lisa Vanderpump and her staff as they reside at Chateau Rosabelle, a luxurious French estate.
The one-minute teaser shows Lisa attempting to motivate her staff, but one clip shows that not everything necessarily goes to plan, leading her to quip, “This is not Chateau Shitshow.”

There is no exact release date for the series yet, though Bravo did tease that "decadence and debauchery [would] collide" in the spring, so fans shouldn’t have too long to wait.
The main show, itself a spin-off from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, will return later this month for its eleventh season, with the logline reading: "It's the dawn of a new age with babies, engagements, and new businesses keeping everyone busy.

“But no matter how many firsts these friends go through, some things never change. Join the passionate, volatile and hot-and-bothered staff at Lisa's West Hollywood mainstay, SUR, as they pursue their dreams and each other while working at her Sexy Unique Restaurant."
One cast member who won't be returning, however, is Rachel Leviss. The star explained she was taking a break to preserve her mental health, and referenced her affair with Tom Sandoval in a podcast interview with Bethenny Frankel.

"I feel like I've been portrayed as the ultimate villain. My mistakes, that I've made on camera, live on forever," she said, adding, "the addiction of doing reality TV – they always dangle that carrot in front of you telling you, 'You need to tell your side of the story, otherwise it's going to be written for you.’
"And that's terrifying. So, I almost went back just because of that. I was not thinking long-term. I was completely wrapped up in heartbreak and wanting to get certain needs met."
Vanderpump Villa and Vanderpump Rules will stream on Bravo and Peacock.
