In an unexpected reality TV twist, the worlds of Love Island and The Kardashians have collided.

The latest episode of the Disney+ reality series featured none other than former Love Island contestant Amber Davies – who's now an established West End theatre star – as Kim Kardashian took her son Saint and some friends to watch Back to the Future: The Musical in London.

Davies, who won Love Island 2017, uploaded a clip of a sweet moment backstage to Instagram Stories, captioning it: "An interval I won't be forgetting anytime soon. Mom I made it."

Prior to joining the cast of Pretty Woman's UK and Ireland tour, Amber played Marty McFly's mum Lorraine Baines in the Back to the Future musical.

She can be seen posing for photos in her character's costume, while still wearing her stage microphone, during the latest episode of The Kardashians.

It's an especially busy time for the Love Islander right now, who is preparing to compete in this winter's Dancing on Ice.

Appearing on Lorraine last month, Amber explained: "I would definitely say that I'm an adrenaline junkie, but I do get more nervous as I get older and I hope that I can contain them. I don't want the adrenaline to get the better of me."

As for her history on the ice rink, Amber said she can "count on one hand" how many times she's skated.

Love Island airs on ITV2 and streams on ITVX, while The Kardashians season 4 is currently streaming on Disney+.
