Stacey Solomon has showed off the results of her new at-home hair transformation, revealing a new blonde hair do.
The Sort Your Life Out star started an Instagram Live video with her followers yesterday (August 1), showing a step-by-step demonstration of her dying her roots.
The mum-of-five began by sharing a close up of her grey roots, joking: "That’s three kids that’s what that is", and adding: "I’ve let my roots get so bad, this is not good, I should have done this months ago."
The TV personality mixed the dye and applied it to her hair, promising to share the results later on her Instagram Stories.

Sure enough, Stacey stayed true to her word and posted some follow-up photos from her DIY dye job.

"OMG this is the actual screen shot I took on my live dying my roots," Stacey wrote in her follow-up story caption, sharing a screenshot of her roots before being dyed, taken during the Instagram Live.
"Why am I like this??? At least you can see the terrible roots even if they are a bit blurry," she added with two laughing face emojis.

She followed up with the after-results, showing off her newly dyed blonde locks with a thumbs up.
"It's not fully dry I can't be bothered but it's a MILLION times better I'm so happy I will have nice hair for holiday!," read the caption.
The Loose Women star also shared details of the dye she used, revealing it's the "same colour I use every time".
She clarified that the product mention was an AD, with the reality star using L’Oréal Paris Préférence Permanent Hair Dye, in the Very Light Ash Beige Blonde (9.12) shade.
Stacey's new hair colour coincides with her upcoming summer holiday, which she confirmed the family would be heading off for on Thursday (August 3).
In another Instagram Story yesterday, Stacey shared a photo of her surrounded by suitcases, preparing for her trip. "BACK HOME. And I'm packing like a crazy woman," read the Story caption.
Judging by the number of suitcases, it looks like Stacey and Joe are jetting off somewhere with their kids.
The couple share three children together: 4-year-old son Rex, and daughters Rose, 1, and Belle, who was born in February this year.
Stacey is also mother to two children, Zachary and Leighton, from her previous relationships, and is stepmother to Swash's son from a previous relationship, Harry.
